Meet Dr. Michael Tinsley

In 2012, I joined Dr. Blum’s Dental Clinic and I became a partner in the Blum & Tinsley Dental Clinic in 2017.  As a Norman native, I earned my bachelor’s degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2008, and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2012.

Since graduating, I strive to stay up to date in the field of dentistry through several different continuing education courses including the Misch Resnick Implant Institute Surgical Continuum, Spear Education Core Workshops, and Molis Invisalign training.  In 2018, I earned my fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. 

I enjoy treating both adults and children and welcome the whole family.  In particular, I like treating complex aesthetic cases including implants, crowns, veneers, and Invisalign.

Personal

I enjoy spending time with my wife, Lane, and kids, Jack and Grace.  Lane is a physician specializing in Neurology.  Jack and Grace keep us busy with sports and dance, and I have fun coaching baseball.  We enjoy traveling, snowboarding, OU football, OU softball, and Thunder basketball.  We are members at McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church here in Norman.
