I joined the Blum Dental Clinic in June 2012. I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2008 from the University of Oklahoma, and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2012.
Like Dr. Blum, I have a passion for mission work. I have been to Mexico and Costa Rica with McFarlin Memorial United Methodist Church. As a dental student, I joined Dr. Blum and a team from McFarlin on a medical/dental mission to Guatemala. I also volunteered at the Health for Friends dental clinic in Norman while in dental school.
Going to Guatemala and spending time at Health for Friends truly opened my eyes to the dental needs in our community and around the world. I look forward to continuing my volunteer and mission work both locally and abroad.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife Lane, who will complete her neurology residency at the OU Health Sciences Center in June 2017. She will be going into private practice in the OKC metro area. Most of our free time over the last three years has been spent remodeling our home. We both enjoy traveling, snowboarding, OU sports, and Thunder basketball.
We are expecting our first child in May 2017.
